Charter details, including dates, yacht specifications, itinerary, and pricing, are confirmed in writing prior to the charter.
The charterer agrees to comply with all applicable Turkish maritime laws and regulations.
The yacht shall be used solely for leisure purposes and not for commercial, illegal, or unsafe activities.
SSC Yachting Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or terminate a charter in case of breach of these terms.
These terms apply exclusively to bareboat motor yacht charters, where the yacht is delivered without captain or crew.
The charterer assumes full responsibility for navigation, operation, and safety of the yacht during the charter period.
The charterer must possess sufficient experience and qualifications to operate the yacht safely.
SSC Yachting Ltd. reserves the right to require a professional skipper if deemed necessary.
A refundable security deposit is required prior to embarkation.
The deposit covers damages, losses, or negligence not covered by insurance.
The deposit is refundable after the yacht is returned in proper condition.
The yacht is insured in accordance with Turkish regulations.
The charterer remains responsible for damages caused by negligence or misuse.
The cruising area is limited to Turkish territorial waters unless otherwise agreed.
Sailing to Greek Islands is not permitted under these terms.
Crewed motor yacht charters are operated with a professional captain and crew provided by the yacht owner.
Navigation, safety, and yacht operation remain under the authority of the captain at all times.
The charterer agrees to comply with onboard rules and safety instructions.
Fuel, provisions, marina fees, and additional services are defined in the charter agreement.
The itinerary may be adjusted by the captain due to weather or safety considerations.
The charterer is responsible for personal belongings and conduct onboard.
The crew is responsible for the safe operation of the yacht.
Gulet charters are offered as fully crewed yacht charters.
Gulet charters include professional captain and crew.
Details regarding meals, fuel usage, itinerary, and service level are agreed prior to the charter.
The captain has full authority regarding navigation and safety.
Weather and sea conditions may require itinerary changes for safety reasons.
Gulet charters are for private leisure use only unless otherwise agreed.
Payment schedules and cancellation policies vary depending on the yacht and charter type.
Details are provided in the individual charter agreement.
Cancellation fees may apply based on the notice period.
Charters involving Greek Islands or international waters require:

All terms for Greek Islands charters are defined separately and confirmed in writing prior to the charter.
SSC Yachting Ltd. is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather conditions, governmental restrictions, or force majeure events.
The charterer accepts inherent risks associated with sea travel.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
Bareboat charter terms do not apply to crewed motor yacht or gulet charters unless explicitly stated. Crewed and gulet charter conditions vary depending on the yacht and service level. Greek Islands charters are subject to separate terms and conditions.
